DMARC Reports

Read your DMARC reports without reading XML

Mailbox providers send you daily aggregate reports on who's sending as your domain — buried in XML almost no one opens. Point your rua tag at the unique address we generate and watch those reports turn into analytics you can act on.

How it works

From raw aggregate XML to enforcement

Three moves take you from blind to protected — and we handle the hard middle.

We ingest your aggregate reports

Point your DMARC rua tag at a unique address we generate for you. From then on, the XML aggregate reports that mailbox providers send — normally an unreadable pile of attachments — flow straight into your dashboard.

Turned into readable analytics

See every source sending as your domain, broken down by volume, SPF and DKIM alignment, and pass/fail rate. Spot the shadow IT, the forgotten SaaS tool, and the spoofer — all in one view.

A guided path to enforcement

Most domains sit at p=none forever because tightening feels risky. We show you which legitimate sources still need alignment, then walk you safely from monitoring to p=quarantine to full p=reject.

One-tag onboarding

Your unique rua address does all the work

There are no agents to install and no DNS gymnastics. We mint a unique rua address for your account; you add it to your DMARC record once. From the next reporting cycle on, every provider's aggregate report flows in automatically.

Start at p=noneto watch safely — we'll tell you when you're ready to tighten.

The safe path

From monitoring to full protection

Most domains stall at p=none because tightening feels like it might block real mail. We remove the guesswork.

p=none

Monitor

Collect reports and build a complete picture of who sends as your domain. No mail is affected — you're only watching.

p=quarantine

Quarantine

Once your legitimate sources are aligned, unauthenticated mail gets routed to spam instead of the inbox — a safe first enforcement step.

p=reject

Reject

With full confidence in alignment, spoofed mail is rejected outright. Your domain is protected and your inbox placement benefits from the trust.

DMARC analytics pair naturally with domain monitoring — one shows who sends as you, the other alerts you when the records change. Together they're part of the Deliverability Suite.

DMARC FAQ

Common questions

Mailbox providers send daily XML aggregate reports to the address in your DMARC record's rua tag. Each report summarizes which IPs sent mail using your domain and whether that mail passed SPF and DKIM alignment. The raw XML is hard to read — we parse and visualize it for you.

We generate a unique rua address for your account. You add it to your domain's DMARC record, and from the next reporting cycle onward your aggregate reports flow into the dashboard automatically — no agents, no DNS gymnastics beyond that one tag.

That's the whole point. The dashboard shows which legitimate sending sources still fail alignment, so you can fix them before tightening your policy. We guide you from p=none to quarantine to reject without blocking your own mail along the way.

Stop letting anyone spoof your domain

Turn on DMARC reporting, see every sender, and reach full p=reject protection without ever blocking your own mail.
