Published data location, by service
“GDPR compliant” and “your data stays in the EU” are not the same statement, and the difference matters if procurement is asking. This table separates the two.
Every figure below is quoted from the company’s own published pages, linked and dated. Where we could not confirm something, the table says so instead of guessing.

What actually differs
- Three services publish a specific location: Bouncer (EU AWS data centres), ZeroBounce (EU servers) and Clearout (Frankfurt, for EU data).
- DeBounce publishes EU application servers but makes validation-server region a choice you have to request — a real condition, shown with the value.
- MillionVerifier publishes GDPR compliance while expressly permitting processing outside the EEA. That is not an EU-residency commitment and we do not present it as one.
- Emailable and NeverBounce publish no location we could find. We hold ourselves to the same standard: we publish a GDPR article but no residency commitment, so our own row says so too.
Where we stand
For completeness, here are our own published figures, sourced the same way and held to the same standard: 2,500 credits at $19 to start, $299 at 100,000 pay-as-you-go, 100 free credits, and pay-as-you-go credits that never expire. We publish no data-residency commitment, so we make no residency claim — exactly as we report for any other service that does not publish one. On the round-up pages we appear as a row in the table alongside everyone else.
